This thesis aimed to help in improving the management and organization of client
projects at CQL Business Consultancy Services by developing a Web-based Client
Project Management System. The identified problems were addressed by the system
since it has features that include task assignment by the project administrators to other
project members, a storage of templates for the projects, and its ability to generate the
financial reports about the projects. It used PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript to
develop a web-based system through which projects could be tracked, clients dealt with,
and tasks managed. In the backend structure, XAMPP was used for the purposes of
management databases or other server-related issues. After analyzing the system, it has
been found that the system improved the processes of handling of the job which had a
decrease in manual error and also increased efficiency. It satisfies the current needs of
a competent project management tool in small and medium businesses and forms the
basis for future development concerning real-time data analysis and AI integration.
