The system addresses longstanding challenges in education data management,
performance monitoring, curriculum assessment, and accreditation compliance. The
NextGenCQI web application is designed to enhance Continuous Quality Improvement
(CQI) in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) at the Electronics Engineering Department of
the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. The system streamlines the
collection. Analysis, and reporting of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Program
Learning Outcomes (PLOs) attainment. Through the integration of a task-oriented artificial
intelligence (AI), NextGenCQI offers real-time data analytics, natural language processing,
predictive insights to support informed decision-making and curriculum enhancement. The
development of the study includes the frontend development, backend development,
database management, development of artificial intelligence chatbot using DeepSeek-V3-
0324 model, and adding additional features such as home page, login page, dashboard page,
forms page, and curriculum tools page. By utilizing the five subcategories of the System
Efficiency, Security, and Deployment Stability: Reliability - Maturity, Quality in Use -
Satisfaction, Usability - Operability, Performance Efficiency - Time Behavior, and
Maintainability - Modifiability, it obtained an average of 4.37 from the students’ response
and 4.08 from the faculty response. Hence, the mean of the efficiency and effectiveness of
the whole web-app system is 4.28 which signifies a mutual agreement.
