"Using the convergent parallel-mixed method design. this study aimed to analyze the satisfaction levels of faculty and students of the University of Perpetual Help System which serves as basis for formulating a responsive institutional development program.
In this study, an adopted survey questionnaire for student satisfaction was used which is administered online by the University of Perpetual Help System. Likewise, an adopted faculty satisfaction survey questionnaire was used to measure the job satisfaction of faculty. At the same time, interviews and focus group discussion with the respondents were conducted to complement the data gathered. For qualitative data yielded from the interview and focus group discussion, data were examined based on themes identified through a detailed thematic analysis using the inductive qualitative approach of Thomas (2006) for better appreciation of the information. For data collated quantitatively, the statistical tools to be used are frequency, averaging, mean, and factor analysis.
