Abstract: The study developed the “Centralized Complaint and Inquiry System”. The software is a web-based system that centralizes the filing of complaints and obtaining updates from the government. Specifically, it aims to: (1) design a system with real-time communication between the citizen and the government agencies and management of alerts and complaints; (2) develop the system using Notepad++, Adobe Photoshop CC, MySQL, and WAMPP Server. Test results showed that the application is functional and accurate. Thirty randomly selected respondents from the Technological University of the Philippines rated the system. The system is “Highly Acceptable” with an overall mean score of 3.6.
